Nursing Care

Duties: Level 1 Care

  • Providing nursing care plan, reporting daily to client’s physician.
  • Administering IM (intra muscular) Injections, Antibiotics, Insulin.
  • Slain care, wound care, changing dressing, pressure points care.
  • Monitoring blood sugar levels.
  • Meals and special diets preparation.

Duties: Level 1 Care

  • Providing nursing care plan. Reporting daily to client’s physician.
  • Administering IM and IV (Intra muscular/intra-veinous) medications.
  • Tube feeding.
  • Cathetezation – Texas Catheter, Foley Catheter.
  • Colostomy care.
  • Administering IV fluids as per doctor’s prescription.
  • Measuring fluid intake and out put.
  • Sliding scale monitoring of blood sugar.
  • Administering rectal suppositories or enemas.
